We pack every order like it’s headed somewhere special — because it is. All orders ship from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days, and you’ll get tracking the moment your package leaves our hands.
- Standard — Free on orders over $75, otherwise $6.95. Arrives in 5–8 business days.
- Express — $14.95. Arrives in 2–3 business days.
- Priority — $24.95. Next business day for orders placed before 12pm ET.
Festival coming up? Tell us. Add your event date in the order notes at checkout and we’ll flag your package for priority handling — no extra charge. As a rule of thumb: if your festival is less than ten days out, choose Express or faster. Golden hour waits for no one, and neither should your outfit.
We currently ship anywhere in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes. International shipping is coming soon.
Returns
We want you to love what arrives. If something isn’t right — the fit, the color, the vibe — you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
- Exchanges are free — we’ll ship the new size the moment your return is scanned in transit, so you’re never waiting twice.
- For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and bralettes must have the liner sticker intact to be returnable.
To start a return, email hello@afterglowsupply.com with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid label. Easy as that.
