What sizes do you carry?
Women’s runs XS through XL, men’s S through XXL. Most of our women’s pieces are cut close and flattering — mesh and shimmer fabrics have four-way stretch, so when in doubt, take your usual size. How much actually fits in THE PLUG hidden pockets?
More than you’d think. Every piece in THE PLUG line is built around a concealed zip compartment sized for the essentials: a phone (up to a Pro Max, snug), a folded stack of cash, your ID, and a key or two. The crossbody adds room for a card wallet and lip balm. Everything sits flat against you, invisible from the outside — your hands stay free, your essentials stay yours.
Are the hidden pockets actually secure?
Yes. The zips are tucked flush against your body, behind a fold of fabric, facing inward. No one is getting in there without you noticing — that’s the entire point. It’s pickpocket-proof peace of mind, so you can dance with both hands in the air.
My festival is in two weeks. Will my order arrive in time?
Almost certainly — but let’s not gamble on almost. Standard shipping lands in 5–8 business days, Express in 2–3, and Priority overnights it. If your event is inside ten days, we’d go Express. Drop your festival date in the order notes and we’ll flag your package for priority handling, on the house.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Send it back. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached for a full refund or an easy exchange. Try it on at home, twirl in the mirror, decide from there.
How do I care for mesh and shimmer fabrics?
Gently. Hand wash cold or machine wash on delicate in a mesh bag, then lay flat to dry. Skip the dryer, skip the bleach, and never iron shimmer directly — a cool iron over a cloth if you must. Treat them well and they’ll glow for seasons.
Can I wash pieces with hidden compartments?
Yes — just empty the pockets first (we’ve all sacrificed a receipt or two), close the zips, and wash cold on delicate. Hang dry to protect the zipper tape. The compartments are built to outlast the weekend, and the next one, and the one after that.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes. International is on the horizon — join the list at the bottom of the page and you’ll be the first to know when we cross the border.
Will my whole order arrive together?
Usually, yes. Occasionally a piece ships from a different location and arrives a day or two apart — you’ll get tracking for every parcel either way. You’re never left guessing.
An item I love is sold out. Will it come back?
